How to Pay your property taxes on-line:
The following fees apply to payments: 2.49% convenience fee for credit cards, a flat fee of $3.00 for electronic checks, and a flat fee of $3.95 for signature debit cards. This may only be done from a personal computer. The tax office cannot provide access on-site, nor can we accept credit card or e-check payments at the counter or by telephone.

To use this option, select “Continue”, then click on “Tax Number” . Enter your tax account # and click on “Search”. NOTE: If you do not know your account number, you may also query by Map number, Name, Situs (Physical) Address, or Subdivision.

In the next window, click on the “Tax Summary Report” link to continue payment processing. Click on the blue line that states “Pay Online Now with Credit Card or Check” and follow the instructions on the screen. (If the blue message line is missing, you will need to contact the Tillamook County Assessment and Taxation department at 503-842-3400 for payment information).

If a double payment is accidentally made, the county will refund the property tax amount but not the fee. Neither the credit card fee nor the e-check fee is received by the county.

If an e-check transaction is processed against an account with insufficient funds, an NSF check charge will be applied to the property tax account.
